Our Story
Since 2019, What's Cluckin LLC (Wings & Fries) has been serving the most delicious and authentic chicken wings in the city. Our secret recipe has been handed down through generations of our family, and we take pride in using only the freshest ingredients. Our wings are always cooked to perfection, and we guarantee you'll love them.

Return and Refund Policy
At What’s Cluckin, we take pride in serving fresh, made-to-order food with quality and flavor you can count on. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make things right if something goes wrong with your order.
Refunds & Order Issues
Because all food is prepared fresh and per order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, undercooked or overcooked food), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your meal. We may offer a replacement item, store credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation and at the discretion of management.
To process a complaint or refund request, please be prepared to provide:
- Your order number or receipt
- Bring food back or a photo of the item
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong flavor chosen or order bone-in but wanted boneless)
- Orders not picked up on time
- Food that has been mostly or fully eaten
- Requests made more than 30 minutes after pick-up or delivery
Third-Party Delivery
If your order was placed through a delivery partner (e.g., DoorDash or Uber), please contact them directly regarding refunds or adjustments, as they handle payment and delivery logistics.
